Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy! Any and all information collected at this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, or loaned, nor will it be disclosed unless required by law. Any information you provide to CE3000 will be held with the utmost care, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented. We maintain strict physical and electronic access controls to the data you send to us.

Financial transactions are completed using 256-bit encryption, the industry standard for encoding sensitive financial information. To complete a financial transaction, we must share this data with our credit card approval companies. Once your financial transaction is completed, our system automatically purges your credit card information from our system -- we do not retain your credit card information. You are not required to provide us information necessary to complete your financial transaction, but without it we cannot provide you products.

The personal information we request is required by the Department of Insurance to offer accredited courses. You are not required to submit this information, but without it we cannot provide you accredited courses.

Cookie information is collected by our learning management system to track your progress through the courses and to connect you to the proper course components for security, log-in, course launch, testing and course evaluation purposes. (The system uses cookies to ensure we provide you the proper course material and give you proper credit for your work. Cookies are small computer files that act like ID tags during your course work. When you log out the cookies are expired to protect your personal information.)

Access to the information you submit is restricted to our staff on a need-to-know basis. For example, our programmers may have access to your information in order to properly maintain our learning management system, and our education staff may have access to your information in order to ensure we are in compliance with accreditation requirements.

Accrediting agencies may have access to your data if their regulations require us to provide them access. For example, an accrediting agency may perform an audit that requires we provide them access to your data.

If you are part of a group, the group manager may have access to portions of your data. For example, if your employer has purchased a group membership that you are using to obtain courses, your employer may have access to a list of the courses you have completed.

If we are properly served with a court order or are required by statute, your data may be released to a government agency.

You are able to confirm the accuracy of and change your personal information at any time via the Update utility in your Journal.

By submitting your data, you are consenting to its use as described above. If you have any questions, please send an email to admin@ce3000.com.
